Square tops are following me home lately. I just got another clean looking 56 bottle machine at a good price.. Probably the nicest looking woodgrain machine I've seen...

Then my buddy just picked up a 56 can machine that was on ebay... needs a paint job, but complete working machine... Then my DP 63 can machine, and possibly a good looking v63 bottle machine...

The 56's seem like they are made with Chinese steel and the 63 with American steel or something. Most 56's I've found either have rust or paint chipping all in the same place and they are much lighter than the 63. I do like the them for the price I've been getting them at.. I really want a Pepsi one..

Is the can/bottle stack and shelves interchangeable between the 56 and 63? I know the evap is located in a different place, but do the lines reach to interchange the refrigeration system?

Wouldnt be hard to make that one into a Pepsi. I have a fairly nice original non lightup pepsi sign. I also have a very nice  lightup but im keeping the frame. Is your coke a lightup?

Not sure if the parts are interchangable from a 56 to a 63 But if you do decide to part out a 56 let me know I need parts.

This new one I don't believe lights up. I don't want to change a coke to a pepsi machine.... I've come to the realization that I can do anything on these machines, but for some reason I can't get around to paint. I still have this RC 56 machine in pieces all over my garage... Body work is about 80% done. Inside parts are almost all done.. I need to find a body shop that will finish the body work and paint for me as it appears I won't get around to finishing it.

I may be parting out a non lightup coke 56 can machine.. its all working, but its in horrible need of a paint job.

I have a Vendo manual that covers the H56F, H63E, H90F,
H126G and the H154E. Let me know what parts you are curious about swapping
between the 56 and the 63 and I'll look to see if the part numbers are the same.

I'm curious of the stacks and shelves are the interchangeable...

Looking at the manual, here is what I found:
1. The bottle shelf - 56= part#105371-1 & 63=part#105371
2. The can shelf - 56=part#111549-2 & 63=part#111549-1
The bottle stack has a different assembly number between the 56 & 63; however, the only differences are:
The 63 has a spring clip near the bottom of the slide channel assembly and the 56 doesn't and the Eyelet weld assembly on the 56=part#105379-3 & 63=part#105379
The can stack also has different assembly numbers between the two models, but the only part number differences I can see is:
The back channel assembly on the 56 has part#108373 & the 63 has part#105480 and the side channel on the 56=part#321405-1 and the 63=part#321016-1.
So almost all of the parts have the exact same part number.
I know it sounds confusing, but I hope it makes sense.
Let me know if you need more info.

Hello

Yes the bottle stacks & can stack can be moved between the machines with no problems.

When I installed a can stack in my V63 I used new self tapping screws on the left side of the stack to mount it because the holes did not line up.

Tom.. Thanks for the research.. Once I bring this one home, I'll have a can and bottle machine of a 56 and a 63. I'll try to compare shelves and see what the difference in the dash # is. As far as the stack goes, I'll try to pull one and put a 56 into a 63 and see what happens...

Edit---- Thanks Kevin... you saved me the trouble :D

That must be the difference in the Eyelet Weld Assembly on the 56=part#105379-3 & 63=part#105379. The bottle stack face plate is what the manual calls the Eyelet Weld Assembly. How many screws attach each stack? I wonder if the (-3) could denote mounting screw holes.

If you deside to part that one out I need shelves, maybe the condensation pan, and the cap and coin boxes

Thanks

Joey
