Actually the lower belt line across the back has cancered metal as well as a couple of spots on both sides. We are also replacing the bottom shelf with a new one. Tomorrow I'll have it all welded out and start the body work. ???

Yes, sandblasted thats a good :;):

Boy I am very excited! Terry I contacted speed and sport and I hope to have the chrome to you by the end of the month or early next month. They have it all and I am just waiting my turn. I also will get those few other items together and ship them out to you this Monday. Lets see: light bar and assembly, small bracket that goes behind coin retuen knob, stainless steel screw set, nuts and anchor for the back of stainless trim, medallion, and I think thats it. Will make sure before I ship. Let me know if you think I need to buy other items.

Thanks Terry

Here's a couple of more photo's of Victor's 81. The lower shelf was rusted out and replaced with a new one. The cabinet was rusted out across the back and a couple of spots on each side. All the cancered metal has been removed and will be replaced with new metal.

The patches will eventually be stiched welded in solid, but I'm only doing a little at a time to avoid distorting the metal. Lots of work but the results are worth it. ???

Victor already had the bottle shelfs Zinc plated. I believe Steve Jebb had them done in Fresno for Victor. They really look greaat. The 81 is coming along nicely, I planned on it being completed by Friday but my Daughter is having a C-section performed tomorrow morning. So the machine will be delayed about a week. (Sorry Victor) but some things are worth waiting for.

Thanks Guys,
This will be grand kid #2. My first one, Kiylee is 5 and is a major tom boy. She has a pedal car airplane and numerous other ride on toys in my shop. She also has a CRF50 motorcycle that I bought her for her 4th bday. #2 Grandchild is supposed to be a boy. I guess we'll know tomorrow. I attached a couple of photo's of Kiylee riding her 50 and also of the helmet that she picked out.
