Title: Vend Hotor Lubrication
Post by: Goose on September 01, 2006, 08:06:33 am
I was replacing the Thermostat on my VF125 Pepsi Machine, and I noticed that the vend motor in the compartment next to the thermostat has a "hatch" on it to add oil.  I was wondering, What type of oil?  How often should I lube it?   Can I see if it has too much?  Is it really for oil, or for something else?

Inquiring minds want to know...

Thanks for the help Guys!

Mike

Add about 10 drops of 3 in 1 oil.

Oops...  The title should read Motor, not Hotor...

I thought 3 in 1 was a vegatable based oil that would gum up?

Also, How Often will this need lubrication, we vend 2-3 cans a day.

Thanks

Mike
