See the attached photo. Both of my VMC-56s have these holes in the tank. They are located behind the door latch. What are they for? I don't think I forgot to put something there, but who knows. Anyone have a completed VMC-56 they can compare? Thanks. My latch doesn't mount to these holes. If they aren'y for anything, I was thinking of sealing them. The insulation uis right behind there and I wouldn't want it to get wet. Again, thanks for the info and pictures. I'd love to know what they were for, but a water fountain may be it.
