I was at an auction and talking with an old friend. I mentioned that I was looking for old pop machines. He said that he had one in his shop that was a nickle machine. I started praying for a Cav 72 or and 81. It was a nickle machine, but it took three of them. By the paint job, you can tell it was originally coke. It had some pull-tab Hawaian Punch cans in it that had leeked all over. It was one that I had on my "want" list so I took it. Plus, the price was right--$50.

I'm going to restore it. First, I need to clean up the sign to see what it is. It is a light up, but they painted over it and put a pepsi decal on it. I haven't plugged it in yet, but it is complete as far as I can tell. Definately a late summer project.
