The liner and parts look great! I think you have a excellent sheet metal fabricator! Title: $0's ge wetcooler Post by: Eric on April 07, 2006, 11:44:24 am Man That is awesome!!!!!
To think I had that model and traded it for a Tokheim Pump! Wish I had it back now! Another restoration for the gallery when you have her done! Again Awesome ... you gotta be proud of how this is turning out! Title: $0's ge wetcooler Post by: johnieG on April 07, 2006, 12:08:52 pm Thanks guys!, yes, my sheet metal man is a genius! It fits like a glove, now for the expensive part, after the chassis is painted Pepsi blue, is paying to sign painter to do all of the embossing! Ka-ching! , every side & every thing you see is embossed, including the lids!
Title: $0's ge wetcooler Post by: loman4ec on April 07, 2006, 12:15:09 pm It will be worth it John. I think that is the best looking embossed machine made. I hope that one is a keeper. I love the embossing on those. I wish they would have made an 81 with that embossing on the sides. Wouldn't that look cool.

Johnie - I'd be interested to know what you end up paying for the handpainting. My buddy has a guy that does all their shop's work, supposed to be top-notch. Said he'd do the embossed part of my Ideal for $80. Title: $0's ge wetcooler Post by: on April 07, 2006, 08:11:46 pm What model is it again?
