Title: Kinda cool Post by: Bob K on March 24, 2006, 08:17:22 am I had one of these years ago. I had to get it down my basement stairs (and then out again when I sold it). This machine is a BEHEMOTH!!! I'd invest in some sort of anti-hernia apparatus if I were you .

That's the kind i wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole. Life is too short to recover from hauling that thing around! Title: Kinda cool Post by: halehouse on March 24, 2006, 08:23:16 pm Definitely. Don't want it, just thought it was "different".
Title: Kinda cool Post by: firemun on March 24, 2006, 10:02:05 pm Did this monster have drawers that pull out for the pre-cool?
If so, I think this is the machine featured in a DVD I bought at the World of Coca Cola last week in Atlanta. It is a little safety video about putting the empty bottles back. jeff Title: Kinda cool Post by: collecture on March 24, 2006, 11:20:11 pm
Jeff, It had two precool drawers on each side of the chute. I believe they were made out of wood and possibly lined with aluminum. My manual says "Aluminum is used extensively throughout the machine wherever moisture is a factor. Heavy guage steel is used where added strength and protection is needed".
