Title: Strange screws holding several parts
Post by: TheGarbageHunter on March 19, 2006, 09:36:23 pm
Can anyone tell me the type of screw driver needed to remove several parts on this model??? (Shelf brackets and door liner) They are not star or flat head. Can I buy it at OSH or home depot??

Thanks

They are clutch head screws. I purchased my adapter (fits 1/4 drive socket) at Ace hardware. With a little effort, you can take one out with a small straight screwdriver and then take the screw with you so you get the right size drive adapter.

Hi Victor,
There is a tool place on El Camino close to Kiely that has them. Let me know if you need more info. Had zero luck with Ace, OSH, Home Dept. etc...
