I have purchased about 7 working square tops for an average of $70 each. I need a can machine because for my pool house. I don't want bottles around the pool. I restored two other Vendo 56s aquare tops in a Pepsi theme but I gave one to my paint guy and one to my chrome guy. They are now among my best friends which is why I can afford to restore at least one machine per month. I will post pictures next week when it is done. Brian C Here is where my Motts machine is now. Title: A steal of a deal on ebay!!! only $2,500 Post by: timsmore on February 24, 2006, 09:05:59 am I was communicating with the $2,500 guy in Tucson and offered him $75.00 seeing that the machine at the beginning of this thread is the machine I am speaking of. He took it very personal when I explained what I saw from pictures he sent that it would need at a MINIMUM. Needless to say he is not interested in speaking to me any longer. It is missing 5 of the 7 shelves, the door looks to need a spring because it stay open in the pics and whatever else may be on the verge of going. I told him that it sounded like it has sentimental value to him and maybe he should make those couple repaires and keep the machine around. So I guess $75.00 in this case was OK?
