Title: V 81 feet pads Post by: sodaworks on February 16, 2006, 10:24:15 pm Just a little tip, when I paint a machine I use bolts that are about 5" long to get it up off the ground.
Title: V 81 feet pads Post by: on February 17, 2006, 05:31:21 pm The ones I saw were in the caster, slider section. They had various sizes but didn't have the thread size noted on pkg.

Title: V 81 feet pads Post by: collecture on February 23, 2006, 12:56:37 pm FYI,
I was just doing a little clutter clean about the house. We bought the newer front loading Washer / Dryer set from Sears last year and I came across the bag of extra parts that came with it. I noticed there were four little feet for the pedestal part. I thought they looked like a familiar size and sure enough. They are the same 3/8-16 size as used on the machines. What makes these different from the ones I have seen at the home improvement stores though is they have a rubber non-slide foot, so if your machine is on a wood floor or something these would be great. I did not look up a price or anything, but I'm sure you can find them at any appliance parts site or store. It is a Kenmore appliance and, according to my repair parts list, the factory part number is 8537852 and it is labeled 'Foot Assembly' - #7 in the illustration. |
