Title: Vendo vf63-7 Post by: rogerz on January 23, 2006, 07:03:13 pm A friend of mine has a VF 63 that sometimes when the compressor kicks in it will blow a breaker. Any ideas as to what would cause this?

Ideally the 63 should be plugged into the wall and not on an extension cord. That's a start, some of the better electrical folks can help more.

I should also say that it worked fine for a long time in the exact place on the same circuit. rz Title: Vendo vf63-7 Post by: cvb141 on January 23, 2006, 10:09:30 pm Check the relay and wiring to see if any of it is loose, burnt or anything out of the ordinary. Compressor could be pulling high amps. Be sure nothing else is plugged in another outlet on the same circuit. My refrigerator and air compressor is on different outlets but the same circuit and it trips sometimes when they come on together. Never took time to move either.
