Title: New offer Post by: Kevin C on November 21, 2005, 05:22:23 pm Hello
Here is a machine that I have been offered & it appears to be a VMC27B Dual Any ideas on the price I should offer? I am not sure I even want it because it is out of state. Looking for input. Kevin Title: New offer Post by: loman4ec on November 21, 2005, 05:27:13 pm It is a Vendorlator 33. The difference is in the drum. The evaporatr on a 27 in in the middle of the drum and the 33 it is below and they redesigned the drum to hold 6 more bottles. Walters book says average cond $650. If you arent interested where is it. I am going on another road trip this weekend. PM me if you want.

I sent you a pm Kevin Title: New offer Post by: Jim on November 21, 2005, 06:11:08 pm Josh & Kevin,
I would say this is a Dual 27 (27B). The center of this drum doesn't look like it accommodates the extra six bottles. Title: New offer Post by: Marvin on November 21, 2005, 06:12:46 pm That is a 27. The center drum will not accept the extra bottles like the 33.
Marvin Title: New offer Post by: loman4ec on November 21, 2005, 06:21:59 pm I apologize for my mistake.
Title: New offer Post by: Marvin on November 21, 2005, 08:57:46 pm Josh, no reason to apologize. It is hard to tell the difference. I don't think that you can tell from the outside either machine apart.

Any ideas on a good price? I asked my contact how much she wants so I will try the soft close option. I dont think my wife would understand another machine so soon after the RC Cola Ideal 55. Six is my limit so for me to get this one I would have to presell it or pass it off. Kevin Title: New offer Post by: Eric on November 22, 2005, 10:19:27 am Wait a minute..... limit?..... Who.. what does that mean?..... What is this thing called “limit”
Tell her they're making money for you.... Or say you're going out to pick up a gallon of milk then buy it and hide it behind the garage.... Then Christmas night put it on the from porch and tell her look what Santa brought... As far as price... How does the owner seem... are you able to read them?.... You can usually tell if they think they're gonna retire on it or they may just want to get rid of it... I'd try around $400-$500.. Any other ideas out there?...... They are nice little machines..... Good Luck! Eric Title: New offer Post by: sodaworks on November 22, 2005, 10:38:47 am I can usually pick up 27's and 33's for 300.00 to 400.00

It hard to read someone through email but the "Kevin" soft close technique got an extremely high reponse from my contact. I am turning this contact over to Josh because of its location in Ohio. He can brief you guys on the price if he wants. Kevin Title: New offer Post by: MoonDawg on November 22, 2005, 12:47:18 pm The rows of cooling coils in the 27 set it apart from the 33
Title: New offer Post by: loman4ec on November 22, 2005, 02:02:34 pm Is that what they are. That is really cool. I cant wait to get the machine. Kevin you are a great friend. Thank you so much. It is going to be about a 550 mile drive round trip to get it but it will be worth it.
