Title: Dr pepper bottles
Post by: loman4ec on November 19, 2005, 05:36:11 pm
I just wanted to share that I found the small 8 oz Dr Pepper bottles at Kroger for $2.75 per 6 pack. I just thought that was really cheep and wanted to let everyone know. I bought the only three 6 packs they had and I have no idea if they are just trying to get rid of them but that is a real deal.

Josh, That's a great price, they go for $3.65/6pack+deposit here in Michigan, I bet they're clearing them out because of the shelf-life date, check out the date code on the bottles, or the carton...our local Kroger can't keep them in stock around here ( due somewhat to the fact that I've sold more than a few bottle machines to the locals & neighbors!  :;): ) they also have the 8oz. Spites, Coke, Diet Cokes too at our local Krogers store, & 10 oz. IBC Rootbeer...

Great prices! 12oz glass runs $1/$1.50 a bottle here. Haven't seen any 8oz (except the new small coke). The rootbeer and Faygo prices are a little better.
Wow! just had two fighter jets go over low and fast. Thats never happened since I've been here. Very cool but scared me a bit  :)
Back to the good price on DP in bottles.

the date is by june 12-06. I know the GM of this kroger and I am going to see if he will order me 4 or 5 cases. I like DP better than Coke anyway. Also on the ingredients it says HFCS and/or Sugar. These dont taste slimy like others. I wonder if it is sugar.
