Title: Coinco in a cavalier 72 Post by: kstt on November 01, 2005, 10:16:44 am I've just now gotten this machine up and running. The Coinco S75-9300B is doing some creepy stuff: It accepts quarters, but won't give a credit or change (its set for 10 cents). While the machine is standing idle, with no one near it, it will suddenly give credit and illuminate the credit light for no reason. Also, with no human contact, it will randomly start ejecting various amounts of change into the coin return. Seems to me that I should just get another Coinco on ebay and try again. Thoughts?

Title: Coinco in a cavalier 72 Post by: kstt on November 01, 2005, 01:04:29 pm Haunted, indeed. Since my getting it running only yesterday, (Halloween), we all wondered if it's antics would continue today!
Title: Coinco in a cavalier 72 Post by: johnieG on November 01, 2005, 02:03:07 pm more than likely, the voltage regulator is flaking out on your circut board & causing poor voltage regulation to the transitor that controls the change/payout motor, as well as the credit/coin count circuts...I can see if it's repairable if you like send it to me...
