Title: How long to let a machine settle? Post by: BryanH on October 25, 2005, 12:11:35 am I know that you need to let a machine sit and settle for at least 24 hours after it's been transported on it's back.... but how long do you need to let it settle if it's been transported upright?

Post by: johnieG on October 25, 2005, 06:31:56 am you shouldn't have to wait long at all, unless you live on five miles of crater-filled dirt roads, the short time it spends sliding off the back of a pickup truck at an angle to get 'er down to the ground won't cause any harm.
