Title: Loading instructions decal for vmc56
Post by: BryanH on October 18, 2005, 12:16:26 pm
I finished the loading instructions decal for most VMC56's.  I was pretty anal on preserving the original format, spacing and look and feel.  When printed on my printers, I can get it almost exactly the same as the original. Some adjustments might be required for your own printers.

Here's links to the source Word file and PowerPoint in case you want to tweak.

Now that's awesome! And talk about going above and beyond!
Very nice!
We could start an area where we could store stuff like this. That way
when a member needs one they could go and print it out.

Very cool Bryan.  The arcade game guys even have a website where vectorised artwork can be uploaded and shared and saved.  We need something like that.

Phew! Talk about ANAL!  :D  Man, that looks great, Bryan. Feels good to be done with it, doesn't it? I had to do the very same thing for all of the decals for my Cavalier 55D restoration. From the Dupont Dulux sticker to the "Service This Vendor" sticker

Well hopefully it helps somebody on the boards... I'm not setting any records on the time it's taking me for my restoration but that's the result of the amount of time I have to spend.  But even with dedicated time I'd have nothing but a rubble of parts and a thousand pictures. So this is a small contribution back to the team.

That said, I like Eric's idea and would like to see other people contriibute their drawings and be able to keep them in a special area of the site.
