Also, I don't ever think I've seen a 63 with "Here's a Coke For You" on the sides. ???

There is one CREM and the power goes to the switches that sense that a coin has been accepted.

Looks to me like a coin mech minus a coin changer.  I've seen them before....not often though.  I'd assume it was a "thrifty" market niche.  Soda machines, even into the 60s, were generally set up for .10.  There probably wasn't an actual "need" for a coin changer on the mech as most people probably had at least two nickels or a dime in their pocket....having a quarter made you rich!  :p  Perhaps the "changerless" coin mech was just another way to advertise a lower price for the machine?  Much like the Vendo "Thrifty-Vend" 56-7 machine.
