Title: Machine insurance? Post by: Creighton on August 31, 2005, 08:16:22 pm Seeing all these folks that have lost everything...
Does anyone have experience with getting their machines covered for full value? I assume (trouble) that a separate rider would be required. Pat P.? Thanks and regrets if this has been covered before!! Creighton Title: Machine insurance? Post by: Pat Pixley on August 31, 2005, 09:48:59 pm Well first thing I hope that every one is fine that live
were the Hurricane has hit and your family's are alright, machine's can be replaced not a life. As far as insurance you can add it to your home owners insurance on a schedule were every thing is listed at a value that you can pick , there is a rate per hundred and every companies rate is different, you would want to choose your more valuable machine's to insure. By scheduling your machine's the coverage is more broad it would be covered if it got damaged by falling over if your wife beat it with a bat or if lighting hit it . ( and for those in Califorina check with you agent to see if your machine would be covered for earth quake's on a schedule ) There is a company that write's in 48 state and they have a real good policy ,I will have to get it to every one tomorrow.
