Title: Lf: 120v lamps Post by: Skeleton Man on May 19, 2005, 11:09:57 am I'm looking for 120V S6 lamps with D.C. Bayonet connection (ie. they clip in, not screw in like a candelabra base)
The only place I can find locally that sells them, wants $4 +tax each ! (yet the screw in type is sold by just about any hardware store for about $1 each) If anyone has 5 or 6 of these they can spare, I'll take em.. I'm willing to pay up to $2.50 each, and 2nd hand is fine (long as they work I don't care) Title: Lf: 120v lamps Post by: jasmine64 on May 19, 2005, 11:21:59 am Have you tried www.topbulb.com ?

Yes.. it would cost me around $3.50 each for the bulbs, and $12.50 for shipping.. I'm in Canada, hence anything in $USD is multiplied by 1.25.. Next time I'm at Menards I can take a look.

This type has a longer bulb part - I would say a little under twice as long (glass part). They are 15 watt and run $1.50 each. They said on the package that they are appliance lights.
