Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: Bob K on April 27, 2005, 11:28:08 am I picked up a Vendo H63 last night. Very solid complete machine, but suffered some damage due to a break-in
I'm thinking of parting it out. Is anybody in need of anything if I decide to go that route? I haven't fired it up since I transported it on its back, but reefer, bottle door, stack, shelves, liner, gasket, etc. all look really nice. Bob Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: dr galaga on April 27, 2005, 07:18:13 pm What kind of sign does it have and what shape is it in?
I am also interested in the round piece that the lock screws in to (that spins to move the locking bars) - see attached pic. Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: Bob K on April 27, 2005, 08:26:52 pm dr G,
It's the metal sign, not a light-up. I'll look at the lock piece. Bob Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: joesquid on April 29, 2005, 11:59:06 pm Bob,
Have you still got the cap catcher and bottle opener bezel, and coin return bezel? Thanks! Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: joesquid on April 30, 2005, 12:01:04 am Bob,
One other thing. Do the chrome-like moulding pieces on the main door come off and are yours in decent shape? Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: Bob K on May 02, 2005, 07:53:58 am joesquid, it has the capcatcher and coin return bezel, but the opener bezel is crunched. Strangely enough, it does not have metal trim around the front - nor does it look like it ever did. Must have been a budget model
Dr G., it does have the lock piece in your illustration. Bob Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: joesquid on May 02, 2005, 10:01:09 am Bob,
How much do you want for the cap catcher and coin return bezel? Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: BryanH on May 12, 2005, 04:30:43 pm Eric - don't know if you still need the CR bezel. If you do there's one on ebay. I bought the same on for my vmc56 and it was in great shape (NOS).
Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: jasmine64 on May 12, 2005, 05:41:35 pm Does your machine have the 9 pin female jones plug that the coin mech plugs into?
I can use one. Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: dr galaga on May 12, 2005, 09:18:59 pm Thanks Bob, I got the part today. I key all of my gameroom items the same, but the hole that is used in the piece that Bob sent me is too small for modern cam locks. I wanted to keep the original one with the original lock, sooooo I filed the hole bigger in the one that I got today (didn't have any Dremel bits that were small enough).
My Vendo is now keyed the same as my games! Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: Bob K on May 12, 2005, 10:43:54 pm Pretty cool, Dr. G - one key fits all! Glad the part worked out.
Bob Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: Bob K on May 12, 2005, 10:45:21 pm Jasmine, I believe so. I'll check and post back here tomorrow.

Do you have glass bottle door? Kevin Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: Bob K on May 17, 2005, 10:58:08 am Kevin, I do have the door and it's in excellent shape. You can email me at keenan58@aol.com if you want it.
Bob Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: BryanH on May 17, 2005, 12:43:45 pm Bob - I fell asleep at the switch. I have a VF56 which I think is very similar (if not identical) to your V63. I think I could use a couple of your shelves plus a bunch of stuff listed here.
Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: Bob K on May 22, 2005, 10:50:45 am Bryan - sorry for the delay in responding. Here's the style shelf:
As you can see, length from end to hook is around 20.5" Shortest length is around 15.25" Width tapers from 6.5 to maybe a little less than 6.25" Let me know if these might do the trick. Bob Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: BryanH on May 22, 2005, 12:04:09 pm Thanks Bob - The shelf looks identical to mine but it's 1.5" longer. My machine is still in pieces so I can't even take a look to see how hard (or impossible) it would be to accomodate the extra length. Really appreciate your checking but I think I'd better pass for now and file it away as something to check when I start to put the machine back together.

Do you still have the coin door? I just bought a V126 with a bent coin door. When I get the new machine home I will get the measurements. Kevin Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: Bob K on May 23, 2005, 11:00:34 am Kevin, the coin door was mangled when it was vandalized, along with the coin entry panel.
Bob Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: on May 23, 2005, 11:23:52 am Will the coin entry bezel fit on to a VF-56 square top machine?

Do you have the lower fan motor bracket? Kevin Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: Bob K on May 29, 2005, 08:14:16 pm Gsaens, the coin entry bezel is toast. Looks like someone tried to pry it open with a crow bar.
Kevin, I believe the entire cooling unit is there and functioning. I plugged it for a while and the lines got cold. I'll check the fan bracket tomorrow (Monday). I am just looking for the lower condensor fan bracket. Let me know kevin Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: Bob K on May 31, 2005, 08:06:24 pm Kevin, the fan bracket is there. I just don't know when I'm going to get the time to pull the deck out to get access to it. I don't want to hold you up.
Unless I can get it out without removing the deck? Bob Title: Anyone need vendo 63 parts? Post by: Kevin C on June 01, 2005, 10:11:24 am Bob
Thanks for the reply but I did not want to take parts off a good cooling system. I just ordered one from Soda Jerk. Maybe we will be able to work something. Kevin |
