Title: Beverage-Air SF34 Cooler Post by: Rick_T88 on September 28, 2022, 07:35:55 pm Hello all. Today I purchased a Beverage-Air SF34 cooler. I think it is a 1980-ish item. The owner said it plugs in and comes on but not sure if it cools (which I knew meant it didn't). It was $100 so I thought I'd play with it. I will attempt to attach pics. It is a R12 system, and the fans run but it doesn't get cold. I will need a kit to convert it to 134a. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I can feel the compressor get hot and vibrate. But there is no R12 freon in the system. would like to find a kit to convert to 134a.

Michigan I could lend a hand.
