Hello,

I have a burnt change dispenser circuit board and am looking for a replacement. Any advice on where to find one??? Pictures attached.

Here is the machine info:
Model # VF81P-SAP
Serial # 8750B41C
Refrigeration unit # VT24
Vendorlator MFG. Co.

The change dispenser unit has no part number or manufacturer info except this number cast into the main body of the housing: D900614

I think specifically you are looking for a circuit board for a CoinCo Mechanism??

"burnt" as in burned up? or burnt-out & not working?  the blacking of the circuit board under the on large Diode (Zener voltage regulator) near the lower right corner of the board is actually quite normal, flip it over to the foil-side & check if your "fuse" strip is damaged (blown-open) if so , you can replace it with a single strand of copper wire soldered over the same spot.  Again, it depends on what's wrong with the board.

The problem started when I noticed a constant buzzing sound from my machine. Nothing concerning but then I noticed a slight burnt odor and opened it up to investigate. The buzzing was coming from the coin mechanism and the entire assembly was really hot. I unplugged it and opened it up. The first thing that caught my eye was the "burnt" spot on the circuit board. After getting your advice that the browning could be normal, I just plugged it back in and waited about a half hour. When I checked it, it was really hot. This time I noticed the heat wasn't coming from the circuit board but rather the larger object shown in the picture. Not sure what it is called but it was WAY too hot.

Any advice???

That is your coinmech's change motor, it dispences nickles as change, you probably have a coin jammed in the bottom of the coinmech, flip it over & inspect the slot on the bottom where the coins come out, there is probably a nickel jammed in it.  Hopefully the motor wasn't damaged.

I took your advice and you were spot on. I couldn't find a jammed coin but the motor appears to be seized. I took some of the linkage apart and everything moves freely except the drive shaft. I put it all back together and the motor still won't  rotate and makes a small buzzing sound. Any advice on repairing or finding a new one??

   For now you can disconnect it and set the mech. to .25 increments. 

       .25 / .50 / .75  / 1.00  then you dont need to give change.
