That's a Liquid Carbonic Cooler! the Liquid Model as it is referred to. Did you get the Push Rod with it? So I guess the push rod is to help load the columns? Each tube is totally surrounded with ice water. It never runs out of a particular flavor as long as the customer loads properly.
