Title: What machine does this red base belong to?
Post by: Slider-Bob on July 13, 2016, 08:07:33 pm
Help!

Measurements are 15 3/4 inches wide, 5 inches deep on the side, 7 inches deep to the center.

What's it belong to?

Mills? Rowe?

Looks like a Northwestern gumball machine stand for three machines like the model 49? (Or maybe a Columbus gumball machine base)
But sure its a gumball machine stand for three machines...

I do believe that Eric has it spot on. I would say a Columbus triple bulk vendor.

There were two that sold in Oct. 2005 one for $20, the other $35..
They said it was a base for three Northwestern 49 machines.
Does it have the top to mount the machines on like this one pictured?

WAIT!!!!!! Found this.. looks to be the same base with a different top for four Model 60s...
this looks to be what they have... this was up for auction in 2005 and sold for $140 with the 4 machines.
Another set came up in 2011 and sold for $190 with 4 machines

I don't know if the base has the top mount.  I can ask. Thanks.

It looks like it has the top (white) for the 4 Northwestern 60 models.

If anyone needs it, let me know and I can put you in contact with the seller. I have no idea what the seller wants for it.  It's in Iola, Wisconsin.

Here's how they look restored. I did this one earlier this year and is in my showroom. They are for the Northwestern 49 gumball machines, but other gumball machines will also work on the stand.
