Depends on your budget. Those are very reasonable prices. Keep in mind to do a proper restoration your investing about 3 times the purchase price.. If you plan on restoring it down the road, yes. If you plan on flipping it, yes, although the margin won't be much. Whenever someone wants to buy a 81 I always say yes, unless it is overpriced.

If it were a change giver it would have a lot more parts below the crank handle including a tube for dispensing nickels.
