Sure I saw a Jacobs 56 as well. Jim were you able to get into the old theatre seating part of the building ? When the owner sensed I knew more about the machines then most, he invited my wife and I back. All I can say is Wow. Apparently it's not currently open to the public, due to the renovations not being 100% complete (railings etc). Had a great lunch at that family dinner around the corner. He has some nice items there (yes there was a 56 there too, but it was restored... not sure on the grade of restoration though.)
He showed me the back theatre area as well (he was at the drywall stage of the renovation) and it is a very impressive area I must say! I'm sure if he gets it restored the way he told me he was going to, it will be a very nice antique / heritage place. The store / theatre is in a small sleepy town, and with all the one way streets and all, unless you trip over it, you might not even know that there was a theatre there!
