Pricing is a little dated but the rest of the book is not.

Crowriver.com shows them out of stock. I'm not sure that I'd like a copy with Rick Dales pic on it. I'd rather find my original with Jeffs autograph in it. The prices aren't really relevant any more, but the pics and info is worth the price of admission.
