Title: Re: dad's superior jr? Post by: ajf5577 on September 17, 2015, 11:16:57 pm I'll vouch for that also. Saw one pop up at Chicago in the late 90's. I don't know where it went from there.
Title: Re: dad's superior jr? Post by: ajf5577 on September 21, 2015, 02:42:15 pm I found a picture in an old Club Soda magazine. Apparently there were two of these found in different places within a few weeks of each other. One was at Pheasant Run and the other was from parts unknown. As soon as I own one, I'll be happy to post a real pic. If anyone knows of one, or an Orange Crush Superior- I am looking.....

Title: Re: dad's superior jr? Post by: ajf5577 on September 21, 2015, 07:32:48 pm For every Dad's Superior Jr, I know of 7 or 8 Orange Crush Superiors. I can say that because I have only seen the one Dad's as it walked away from me at Chicago, but I know of several guys that own(ed) OC Superiors.
It has been strange because 15 years ago, there were rare coolers and easy ones. You just put in your time and they came to you, unless you were Jay Booher or Scott Burud and the guys knew you'd miss a house payment for a cooler. The really good ones always went that way first. I Had two Dr Pepper Atlas 18's. Just sold one on eBay which got me going again. I had several of the ones that are difficult now and sold them in 2001. We didn't think that Nesbitts Atlas coolers were scarce because they were available. The Dads was the best in Atlas but I've seen three of them sell in the last year. Title: Re: dad's superior jr?
