Title: VMC Pepsi 81 Sagging Door Post by: JerryG on August 14, 2015, 06:56:52 pm Hello everyone. This is my first post so please be patient if I sound too much like an amateur. I recently purchased a Pepsi 81 and the door sags approximately 1/4 inch. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it? The hinges appear to be fine and the body seems straight. I appreciate any help you could provide.

Often it is broken at the points where the screws are located and doesn't provide the needed support to maintain proper shape. Note cavalier 72 used galvanized steel. My 2 cents. Very nice machine!

most likely due to a shot inner door liner.. and also could have been dropped hard at some point. if restoring, pretty easy fix... I was able to fix the door by strapping down the body and slowly jacking up door. Came out great.
