Title: New Member Post by: GotRust on July 21, 2015, 06:43:51 pm I am new to the forums here but I have already learned a lot by reading the wealth of info here.
I have a couple of Cavalier 64's and a 72. One of the 64's is running working in almost original condition except for a replacement thermostat. The 72 is going to take some work and a lot of cleaning. The other 64 will be my first attempt at a full restoration. My Dad worked for a local Coca Cola bottler in West Texas for about 20 years from the later 1940's into the 1960's. He spent time in bottling, coolers and transportation. I actually worked there some and even painted a few coolers back in the day. I wish he remembered more about the coolers but that was a long time ago.
