If that is a “Served in Cans” machine, then why dose it have a bottle opener in the door?

They had a conversion kit you could buy from vendo to switch the 56's and 63's to vend cans. I can see that for machine selling for about 1K but for the reserve to not be met yet that person must think they have something special.

When I get my V56 completed I hope that I can $1500 for it. This appears to be a scam or the seller is bidding as a buyer to run the price up.
It is a nice machine.

That was a scam if I ever saw one, someone with 0 feedback winning, sure ok. Even the bidder with 177 feedback is kind of iffy.
