I'm looking for assistance for anyone that might have a Vendo 23 Deluxe.

I need the total measurements of the embossed sign insert!

I think it's "debossed" so the decal is put on the outside of the letters like a stencil.  Comparable to a Hires 55!

It is not debossed, but embossed just like the 39/81/110. Sign has tabs that stick through slits in the cabinet and are twisted to secure in place.
Measures roughly 11.75" x 6.25"

I guess that would make since for Vendo to stamp all of there a stuff the same way.

Very nice Jared!   The 23 deluxe is probably the next one on my wanted list.  I like the two-tone  and embossed signage.  I found one semi-locally but they wanted all the $ and it was missing the drum  and they couldn't confirm if it was cooling, because "restored they are worth...."

That was a smart move to pass!  The outside drum is screwed to the base of the of the machine.  The vending drum slips inside of that.  I'd be reluctant to purchase any 23 without the assembly.  If novice took out the compressor I would but the lines were cut and you would have a real mess on your hands!!!

Great pic!  I found what I think is a standard 23 on CL today about 1:45 from me.  I emailed the owner for some better pics.  It's cheap enough but I really want the deluxe version.  If its still available maybe I get it as a 'practice' machine or parts machine if it is bad.   :smile:
