Title: Pictures of my coin op Digger restorations
Post by: Stotman on February 08, 2015, 08:50:20 pm
As I am new to this board, I thought I would share some pictures of a few of the restorations I have done over the years. I have many projects still in the que. I threw in some pics of the clocks I have also restored.

Great job on the digger restorations. Ever since I saw a couple at the Chicago show I've wanted one. It could have been you that had them there. Nice job!

It wasn't me, I have never been to the Chicago show. I currently have 8 diggers. My Wife for some reason thinks that is too many.

Wow that is a good amount of those. Looks like a nice collection congrats. None of us here would ever tell you that's too many.  :happydrinkers:

Fantastic... I've had a couple cranes. A merchantman and a travelling Mutoscope. Kids always loved them.
Your pictures have made me regret getting rid of them. Will have to be on the look out for another.

Thanks for sharing

Dave

I'm working on a Mutoscope Electric Traveling Crane with the Novelty Candy Vendor right now. I'm about 90% done on that machine. I also have another identical crane That needs a full restoration. These are not easy restorations because I had to have a lot of the parts cast and that means a lot of fitting and machining. They are fun to restore though. I will post pictures soon.
