Title: Vendo 83 Post by: on March 08, 2005, 10:50:49 am I´ve recently bought a Vendo 83. The seller didn´t knew if it´s working correctly. The question is...is it wise to plug it in whitout controll from an electrician?
Another problem is that I´m living here in Sweden where we have 220 volts...what will happen if I give the machine some power? Title: Vendo 83 Post by: on March 08, 2005, 11:20:02 am Hi Safta,
welcome to the forum. You need a transformer to reduce the voltage from 220 to 110, otherwise you will destroy your compressor. I am sure you can buy a transformer in Sweden. Hope you will get one. Title: Vendo 83 Post by: on March 08, 2005, 11:21:24 am Ok, thanks for the quick answer!
Do you think that I should change the wires aswell? (they´re original) Title: Vendo 83 Post by: on March 08, 2005, 12:03:24 pm Yes, I would change the wires. Back to the transformer - I bought a transformer 2 years ago in Germany for about 80,- Euro.

And I'm very glad that you asked here before plugging the V-83 in. Good thinking. |
