Thanks to Leonard (Ltransam) for finding it in Altoona, PA, and to Jim Holmgren for bringing it to me in Michigan.
Missing the coin door and coin mech, it did have a Slider cap catcher in its place that is outlined in a different color (how appropriate being Slider-Bob) that I removed. Definitely pulled in a few favors from SMC members to make this possible!!! Thanks everybody!!!
