Title: What's the worst idea for a game or vending machine you've seen?

I've seen a couple of bad games lately including this scrabble arcade game. It's the arcade equivalent of playing the "quiet" game on a car ride to see who can go the longest without making a noise.  The other one was a "safe" crack game that looked lame. It got me thinking, what are the worst games or coin op machines you have seen?

I know a lot of machines have a bad style or no style at all, and some of the simple EM games are actually fun. I'm actually curious to see the worst ones out there that somebody probably thought was a GREAT idea, but probably flopped.

What have you seen?

As I understand it, the product is pre-worn

E.T. for the Atari 2600

Millions of unsold cartridges were buried in an Alamogordo, New Mexico landfill.  The creation of this ET game, some feel, was the downfall for Atari.  They simply tried to cash in on the blockbuster movie.
If any of you (and I still own it lol) have played it, you will know how bad it really is.....

Not to hijack this thread but I read an article recently that there was an excavation project to uncover those E.T. games. Best I recall is that some were actually found.
