Title: What's Best To Use To Attach Glass To Wood
Post by: HowDueYouDue on June 20, 2014, 03:09:51 pm
Picked up an old wooden trade stimulator a few weeks back and the glue that was holding the glass in the tracks has dried up.  What's the right glue or sealant to use to keep it in place?

I saw Loctite had a glass glue but looked to be more for glueing glass back together.

Thanks in advance

Just spinballing here, but what about aquarium sealant?  http://www.homedepot.com/p/DAP-2-8-oz-Silicone-Aquarium-Sealant-00688/100128841

Can't see the pic other than the thumbnail. Myself I wouldn't hard glue that part. Glass gets broken.
I would go with a double stick foam strip. Used for sealing windows and such.

Clear silicone caulk . You can get it at any of the big box stores.
