Title: Voice-O-Graph Recording Booth on Tonight Show Post by: tkaz on May 13, 2014, 12:12:43 pm Not sure how many of you caught the Tonight Show last night, but Jack White (from the White Stripes) was on with Neil Young and he brought his Voice-O-Graph coin-op recording booth. Very neat machine, it records your song directly to vinyl that you can take with you. Here are the clips from the show:

I'm a big Neil fan, but 3 minutes of "Crazy" almost made me crazy! I bet that is worth some big buck$ though! I recall a much newer version next to a "Take Your Picture" machine at Knots Berry Farm, CA. circa early 70's.

I purposely have my kids work with me on my Seeburg 100G jukebox and they get to select the records they want in it a couple times a year.. and I have gone through what records are and how the work with them.. they seemed pretty interested in it.. so hopefully that sparked something in them..
