Title: Cronstroms Aluminum Cooler Post by: tomdee on May 08, 2014, 08:25:33 am This is my dads old cooler that I have passed by in the barn for 30 years, thinking it was too far gone. As I am older and more sentimental (or bored), I thought I would attempt to restore. I feel there is nothing to be lost.
Is there any place to get parts for these? it is missing the seal, hinges and one handle. I think I would have to use rivets completely through the lid to attach the liner. Any advice on how to go about it is appreciated. The RC was in dad's barn also. Even though it is banged up, it is all there. It will need a tub replacement. And it is the next project. |
