Title: powder coating Post by: globalcompressors on April 19, 2014, 06:23:46 pm Everything is up and running.
BTW, I bought these small block Chevy valve covers, to "practice" with, and no longer need them. I want to sell them and I'll take $40 plus postage... what I bought them for. Let me know if anyone is interested. Kustom Krome/Global Compressors. www.kustomkrome.com Title: Re: powder coating Post by: Creighton on April 19, 2014, 08:12:19 pm Hey Eric,
Glad all is up and running!! Want to practice on a Vendo 56 can stack next? I'll give you a holler Mon. Take a silver metalic or red craft pen to the chevy de-bossing and those covers would look nice. Creighton Title: Re: powder coating Post by: globalcompressors on April 19, 2014, 08:23:38 pm Dude!
my hand isn't nearly steady enough these days, for that kind detail. it would look more like Stevie Wonder, doing pin striping! 8) Title: Re: powder coating Post by: Creighton on April 19, 2014, 08:50:31 pm Well, I can relate to that.
Don't know. Can you just dust the bottom of the lettering with another color and bake again? Creighton |
