Title: Candy machine question Post by: davin72 on February 18, 2014, 09:01:04 pm Anyone have any info on this little thing. By the wood grain I'd say it's probably from the early to mid 80's.

Title: Re: Candy machine question Post by: davin72 on February 18, 2014, 09:24:57 pm Well we shall know more soon enough. I just called the guy and I'm going to go pick it up probably tomorrow or Thursday. He said it still works but has a little bit of water damage at the bottom.
Title: Re: Candy machine question Post by: HowDueYouDue on February 18, 2014, 09:28:39 pm Does look like the wood in bulging a little on the bottom left side.
Has keys, vends, overall looks very cool. Congrats! Title: Re: Candy machine question Post by: davin72 on February 18, 2014, 09:32:18 pm I'm an arcade collector so I'm kinda use to fixing things like that so it shouldn't be to bad to fix. Plus the arcades I collect are the cabarets and they all had the wood grain and didn't have any side art to them so this will fit right in there.

But... THAT MACHINE IS COOL!!! :happydrinkers: Title: Re: Candy machine question Post by: tkaz on February 18, 2014, 11:57:06 pm I like it, with the right paint job that machine could really pop...plus it's very practical vending the snack size candies.

Title: Re: Candy machine question Post by: davin72 on February 19, 2014, 08:40:49 am This thing also has a similar shape to some of the cabarets / minis i collect like Galaga and Ms. Pacman along with the woodgrain sides. Should fit in just fine.
Title: Re: Candy machine question Post by: davin72 on February 19, 2014, 02:56:59 pm So I went and picked it up and overall im happy with it. It does have water damage but is nothing I cant fix. I did finally find a tag on it and it says Vendorline, Inc. Roswell Ga. I did a quick Google search and didnt see anything on it but Ill try looking harder for it later.
