I'd repair the plug and verify that it cools. It is in nice condition, but the price would only be good IF it cools. That's just my opinion!

Or just plug directly into compressor and bypass the main plug.

Agreed- worth that if it cools(and it would take a while to find that buyer).   As the old saying goes, all because you paid too much, doesn't mean they will.

If the rest of the Machine looks as nice as it does in his one picture, and it is complete then it is worth every penny of $1800 even if it doesn't cool. If it does cool then its a $2500 machine. If it doesn't cool there are plenty $200 square machines that use the same compressor to put one in that machine so no, he did not pay too much, nor is he asking too much.

thank you ! mygoose.

Because of your reply, I might go to Lowes and buy a cord and change out the plug and go from 1800 to 2500.

Sold, $2050. Rewired it, cleaned and regreased the coin mech, made a free iPad video and posted to youtube, listed on big online auction  and three big local cities on clist..........all these things helped gain exposure and the best price.

Just wanted to chime in ...............I'm missing this machine.  For some reason , I don't mind missing the 81D to much , got $2300 for the 81D.  But the Cav was in such good shape...................f :censored:k

I think that was a good price . If you can show it works that put more buyers into the game .

Yes, but now it's gone. There'll be another one out there someday. Buy low sell high, maybe next time not sell at all......but still buy low!

Its often the case that you don't miss them until they are gone. I have found the same goes for wifes..

Better hope Mrs. Birdman does not see that one!  You won't be King of England but I am sure she will crown you! 8)
