Ive talked to two old time antique dealers that specialize and or specialized in furniture like this and they both said $4500 was to cheap. I feel $4500 is a very fair price on this piece.

You build a base behind the lower back bar and lower it in behind. Once Lower base Marble is in place you only need to fill the space between the pillars with wood or a smaller piece of marble. I have not installed my marble yet but I think you get the idea. Rayg I even have you covered with the pop up TV.
