Title: Eco air meter Post by: MaineT on January 14, 2014, 09:30:21 pm First one of these I've seen in person... Anyone know when it's supposed to "ding"?
Title: Re: Eco air meter Post by: jholmgren on January 14, 2014, 09:33:05 pm I believe it is supposed to keep ringing until it gets to the set air pressure. A little bass-ackwards to me.
Title: Re: Eco air meter Post by: coke_and_stuff on January 14, 2014, 10:42:50 pm If you set 35 PSI it will ding when the air pressure in your tire reaches 35 PSI
Title: Re: Eco air meter Post by: Pixel on January 14, 2014, 11:12:44 pm If I may go a tad off topic. The AIR compressor at the local store is charging $1.00 now for air. $1! For air! I know it's been like that for awhile, but really!
Title: Re: Eco air meter Post by: coke_and_stuff on January 15, 2014, 12:07:42 am Let's see 2 stage compressor constantly running, idiots beating on their equipment. Throwing the air hose and. Chuck around like it owes them money, leaving it on the ground for people to run it over. $1.00 sounds cheap LOL
Title: Re: Eco air meter Post by: Pixel on January 15, 2014, 12:12:09 am Well, I guess maintenance costs have skyrocketed over the last few years. I'm sure incidents of abuse increase too.
I bet they don't supply as much air as they used to for the money though. Title: Re: Eco air meter Post by: georgescustompaint on January 15, 2014, 08:01:02 am The meter regulates air by reading the tire pressure, then adding a shot of air, then reading the pressure, then adding a shot of air. And continues as reading, shooting air, reading, shooting air. Every time it does this the bell dings until the set pressure has been reached.
Shane. Title: Re: Eco air meter Post by: MaineT on January 15, 2014, 08:04:34 am Thanks guys
Title: Re: Eco air meter Post by: Cokemachinesandmore on January 15, 2014, 09:44:44 am Shane is correct, that is exactly how its suppose to work.

They have really nice digital air meters with auto-shutoff at the PSI you set. After you put it in a box and ship it to me. |
