I would bet the V-44 is the same as the VMC-44. Thought it might broaden your search a little. Also Tom is correct, the drip pan and wick rod are the same for Vendo/VMC 44 as they are for the VMC 27/33 but I'm pretty sure I have those and the trim at the very least...
