We got stuck in Fayetteville for a few days due to the snow storm, we had to hold up in a motel until that highway department finally decided to clear the roads enough to get home. Rehab has started out painful but I will work to get full use of the knee again and then bring on that Victor and I will supervise the moving.
Thanks it just nice to be home again but I keep hearing my shop calling me to come down and work awhile but the wife says she will supply ear muffs so that will not be a problem... Title: Re: Wish me good luck Post by: Jim on December 10, 2013, 09:32:48 pm Rehab is key to a successful recovery!

I know a lot of people who have been through it and the rehab will be tough but you really do need to push yourself because you will want to regain maximum range of motion. One tip that someone gave my friend was to do the stretched with the theraband during every commercial when you are watching TV.
