Title: La Crosse 15 Slider in action Post by: sc1101 on November 28, 2013, 06:32:22 pm I just got this slider delivered yesterday. The vending mechanism needed some work but I was able to get it working perfect. Replaced a missing spring and reinstalled old one in the correct place. Next is rewiring a new cord. The old one is toast. Here is a video I took of it.

Title: Re: La Crosse 15 Slider in action Post by: Pixel on November 28, 2013, 11:26:04 pm That's the most compact coin-op soda vendor I've ever seen. I'm amazed they packed a compressor into that thing. Overall shape reminds me of a portable turntable.
Will it vend multiple size bottles? Title: Re: La Crosse 15 Slider in action Post by: Slider-Bob on November 29, 2013, 06:44:41 am Very cool Seth! I've never seen one! I guess I'll have to change my name :glare:

Title: Re: La Crosse 15 Slider in action Post by: mznb1u on November 29, 2013, 04:13:25 pm Sweet machine and not seen often. Not sure why they would have made a machine with that low of a capacity but glad it survived! Tim Title: Re: La Crosse 15 Slider in action Post by: sc1101 on November 29, 2013, 04:22:44 pm Thanks all. You guys know I'm into the rare and unique. I thought this fit into the collection good even for a 60's machine. I'm glad you guys liked the video. Pixel, I think it will vend different size bottles it is very deep. I haven't tried it yet though. Lol Bob, I thought you would get a kick out of this machine. Tim, All I could think of was it must have been designed for an office type setting. Somewhere with limited space and lots of klepto's around.
