Found this on craigslist in NC for $50.00. I'm not into repro but at that kind of money you can't beat it to use around the pool or front porch.

I'm thinking someone bought it for $50.00 and relisted it. They say it's a salesman sample but it has same dimension as a regular Junior. It doesn't look embosed to me. My vote is it's a repro. They are also not sure of age.... Hmmm. Maybe it's not the same one but either way I think someone may not be happy to find out they paid that for a non salesman sample repop.

These are repro and are found loaded with ice and different glass bottle drinks in many service station in the south. Very well made. Not shabby at all for a repro.

Are people really paying that for a repro?

I'd pay $50, no problem.

I'd pay 50 any day. They are repros but are well made and would serve a good purpose for parties and as mentioned, around the pool or patio. They aren't junk that last the length of the sales push.

I agree the $50.00 is a fair price. What I meant was the $260.00 that the person on ebay bid.

new casters, not sure a salesman sample would have scrapes from the bottles, and a repro label  on the inner lid with more current pricing.

Why can't I ever find  uninformed buyers?

        These are uninformed sellers.

        I'm sure Glascock did make a salesmans sample, but it would have been just that.....sits on the counter and is no more than a foot tall.
