Title: Wood grain replacement Post by: Coke536 on October 27, 2013, 02:55:08 pm The vinyl wood grain on my Cavalier USS-8-64 and CSS-8-64 is weathered and I'd like to replace it. I've read in other posts how to remove the vinyl, but where do you find the replacement vinyl wood grain? Are there alternatives to the wood grain that look good?
I've kept the wood grain looking in fair condition with brown shoe polish, but it tends to fade after a few weeks or so. Check the housewares section, or ask the clerk for "shelf paper.
