Title: Westinghouse Standard - Replacement Cooling unit Post by: sbcroix on July 27, 2013, 01:56:15 pm Anyone sell or know anyone who sells replacement water bath cooling systems for a Westinghouse Standard?
I pinged global compressors and he said he doesn't do the water-bath systems, only conversions. I want to keep this a water-bath, but am running out of options. Help me soda-machines.com discussion areas, you're my only hope. I don't know many people that like to have standing water in their homes which is why most of us don't restore the "chillers".

I am actually restoring my grandparents old machine and it just wouldn't feel right if it wasn't a water bath. The memories I have of sticking my hands into that ice cold water to grab a soda are a big reason I got interested in soda machines in the first place. Nothing like pulling a ice cold soda or beer out of the water. :happydrinkers:
